Now available to order from the Dell UK website is the Alienware M18x gaming laptop. The M18x features an optional factory-overclocked Intel Core i7 Extreme cpu, a Full LED backlit 18.4 inch HD display and dual GPUs from Nvidia and AMD.
Other features include support for up to 32GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM, Hybrid Hard Drives and WirelessHD.
At the moment there is only one evalue configuration that starts at £1699 for the base configuration. I hope we can expect more evalue codes in the future.

Dell’s Alienware division released a new addition to their gaming laptop lineup today, the Alienware M14x. Apparently it is the most powerful 14-inch laptop in the universe, with configuration options for the overclockable quad core Intel i7 “Huron River” cpus.
More impressive configuration options include an HD+ 1600 x 900 white LED backlit display, up to 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, Wireless HD and NVIDIA Geforce GT555M graphics cards.
The Alienware M14x weighs in at just under 3 kilos and is capable of an impressive 6 hours battery life on a single charge!

The Alienware M11x, an award winning ultra portable gaming laptop from Dell’s Alienware line up is now available to order from the Dell UK website. It features a 11.6 inch WLED screen, a 1GB GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M graphics card and is available with the Intel Pentium ULV SU4100 1.30GHz Dual Core Processor with an option for the Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.3GHz.

The Alienware M17x ‘All Powerful’ gaming laptop appeared on the Dell UK website today and is available to configure and buy. It appears that Dell will no longer be producing any more XPS ‘gaming’ laptops and are leaving it to the Dell-owned Alienware to cater to gaming enthusiasts. Continue reading →
